A private palace that had a large emphasis on outdoor comfort as opposed to indoor luxury. Yas Technology designed a solution where all the technology conveniences that you would normally find within the walls is implemented amongst gardens, water features, and outdoor seating areas.

A beach house in Abu Dhabi that required marine grade equipment and infrastructure. Yas Technology employs a team of specialists in marine grade installations that suit this project perfectly. With a large number of outdoor equipment, the team took extra precautions to salt proof any items at potential risk. 

The client wanted to install a full smart home system along with outdoor audio/video system that included a fold screen to avoid the obstruction of the sea view.

Private Villa

Area: 890 m2

This project was accepted post completion and Yas Technology was hired to fix poor infrastructure and to do quality control. The house suffered issues with power disconnections, to the smart home system, as well as delays and random restarts for the audio/video distribution system. 

The infrastructure was replaced and added 10% provisions for future upgrades or additions. All the low-quality equipment that was used was also replaced with KNX compatible equipment to improve the quality and communication with the control system.

Finally, the client wanted the option to conduct maintenance privately instead of through the company which is where Yas Technology’s standards greatly helped with impeccable guidance documents and equipment labelling.

Expo city kazakhstan pavilion

The cultural and educational center for Kazakhstan’s heritage in the UAE. The building included a collection of literature and visual novels dedicated to raising awareness about the direction and mission of the Kazakhstan government and the dream being fulfilled for the people including developing their own alphabet.

The client wished to communicate the technological capabilities and advancement of the country and Yas Technology installed a comprehensive solution where all systems actively communicate together to provide visitors with a unique experience.

The client wished to create a private center for all things digital entertainment. A building hosting the most advanced entertainment systems for Audio, Video, VR, AR, and Gaming. A one stop location for all entertainment needs.

The systems installed in this building pull you through an almost futuristic visual experience where the lights react to your presence and what is being played on the screen. Everything was designed to provide the most immersive experience, covering everything from the walls to the floor.

Umm al Emarat Park

Client: Sinyar Property Management

Area: 3100 m2

Umm Al Emarat Park, previously known as Mushrif Park, is an urban park in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, centrally located on 15th Street between Airport Road and Karamah Street. First opened in 1982, entrance to the park was originally exclusive to women and children, but it has since become accessible to all visitors. Over 80,000 students have visited the park through its partnerships with 400 UAE schools, with the aim of teaching the youth about the country’s ecosystem, and heritage, and wildlife.

The park contains a 1200 metre long running track, an amphitheater used for outdoor concerts and other public events such as movies, sports screening, cultural dances, music concerts or a community theatre performance, and multiple restaurants and food trucks. There is also an annual food festival to which many global and local celebrity chefs are invited, as well as musical acts.

They develop bespoke programs that help organizations shape their culture in a way that leads them to achieve their inspired results. Some programs were taught in unconventional means which required some technological intervention.

Yas Technology designed a system that helped streamline the educational experience and simplify processes wherever possible.

Al Nahyan compound

An entire compound of 7 buildings in total hosting residents and business alike with a shared underground parking. The buildings were designed as a quiet relief from the cityscapes just across the road. Since many of the residents in the compound also work within the same community, the client wanted to provide a sense of security by installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intercoms for the full community.

A property meant for the caring, training, and breeding of tournament winning horses. The client wanted to elevate the property by adding a sound system and a Wi-Fi network to either play relaxing music during down times or tournament simulation music during training.

Airport Low Visibility lighting

Client: Zayed International Airport

Area: 60 km2

Zayed International Airport, also known as Abu Dhabi International Airport, is the primary international airport serving Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is the second busiest airport in the UAE after Dubai International Airport, and is the hub for Etihad Airways as well as an operating base for Wizz Air and Air Arabia.

 

The Management required a solution for the outdoor low visibility warning signages where they could turn it on or off remotely from their offices. Thus a solution was born where we implemented a non-wired, solar powered solution connected to the offices by a 4G network giving them control over the system from anywhere they wanted or limited to their local IP adressess.

A Private warehouse dedicated to the Yosh Hospitality group for the organization and monitoring of the company’s expensive equipment and the storage of their clients more prized possessions. The warehouse needed a new level of security to protect the items within the premises. Starting with a CCTV and access control system which can be monitored and controlled from a central control room and coupled with a network connection to allow for the security team’s access to the camera feedback at all times.
